Big Thinker: Phaedra Ellis Lamkins

I’m counting down to the Believe In Green 10-day Green Smoothie Challenge.

This year’s challenge is benefiting the Lower Eastside Girls Club. In honor of the event, The Raw Divas have lined up 10 Fascinating Big Thinkers for the Challenge participants.

Phaedra Ellis Lamkins is scheduled for Wednesday, August 18th. She is the CEO of Green for All, an organization that pushed to have the U.S. House of Representative’s Climate and Energy Bill include funding for job training and broad access to clean-energy jobs. This dynamic lady has even worked with the famed Black Eyed Peas to spread the Green Economy news to the younger generations like my son’s (without whom, I’d have no idea who the Black Eyed Peas are…).
